If you choose to share your CV you must be aware of how we will process and store personal data about you. In providing your consent with connection to our recruitment CRM,  Diffusion Group will, as the data controller, collect, process and store personal data about you.

In accordance with with applicable data protection laws including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) based on your consent (Art. 6 paragraph 1 (a)), we have created this privacy statement to inform you of  how we process your personal data, and your rights as a data subject.

Therefore, please read this text carefully in order to understand how we will process your personal data and your rights.

Diffusion Group uses a single IT-solution, Vincere, for its Recruitment marketing CRM. 

“Diffusion” and “we”, as used herein therefore refers to Diffusion Group NUF and Diffusion Group Ltd,  separately or jointly.

By consenting Diffusion to process your personal data in our Recruitment Marketing CRM, you consent to the following:

We collect and process personal data for the purpose of helping you progress your career and in considering your application for suitable opportunities, which among other includes the following activities:

• building a relationship with you and learn more about your career interest.
• assess your suitability for current or future roles within our network of customers.
• contact you if we find that you would be a suitable candidate for a current or future role at a customer.

To fulfil the purpose above, we may collect and process the following types of personal data found on your CV and shared by you:

• your name
• date of birth 
• e-mail address
• home address
• country of residence
• telephone number
• photo
• employment and education details and other information provided by you in your CV, diploma or any other documents disclosed by you to us
• contact details on referees

Diffusion will use profiling in order to ensure that we only communicate information that may be relevant for you. The information that you provide, and if applicable, references that we collect, will assist us to build a profile of you, intended to reduce the amount of times we should see need to contact you about opportunities.  

For the purposes specified above we transfer your personal data to our Recruitment CRM provider Vincere, with a hosting location in Germany, who process and store your personal data on our behalf as a data processor. 

In addition to this, and only in cases where there has been explicit consent by you to us, we will also share your CV and personal details to our customers so that you may be considered for vacancies you have shown interest in.

To those we submit their personal details to us via Online channels without prior interaction, you will have your personal data retained in our Recruitment CRM system for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the day you have given your consent. 

Prior to the expiration of this initial retention period, we may ask for your consent to retain your data for an extended period of time, so that we may consider you for other openings that becomes available. In many of these case it will become clear that there there is a  clear legitimate interest to remain in contact indefinitely, and so we will agree to retain your data accordingly. 

If at any time should you within the initial twenty-four (24) month period, or at any time during the legitimate interest period decide you no longer wish to have your data stored you have the right to request immediate deletion of of your data. We will ensure that a full deletion is acted upon within 90 days of your request.
